See, following the law of chastity has benefits

In case you were curious or if there was some debate out in the world, it would seem that bestiality is a bad idea, that is if you don't want penis cancer. According to a study from the Journal of Sexual Medicine and reported by the Huffington Post, men who have sex with animals are twice as likely to get penis cancer in having sex with animals than if they stick to their own kind. While the article doesn't mention it, I am sure there are several other diseases you are likely to avoid contracting as well.

So many questions that I am not sure if I want it answered:
Who volunteered for the study?
Why were men the only ones tested? (Women can have sex with animals too you know.)
Is this the most effective use of research dollars? I mean if people are having sex with animals and getting penis cancer, perhaps that is a risk they take engaging in that behavior.
Did the study focus on one animal?

Okay, I got it out of my system... I think. But it just goes to show the society we live in. We need scientific support for what morals have been teaching for years.

  1. Why do you dwell on animal sex? I don't know of a single person who admits to having relations with horses. I really don't think much on this issue. I do know that some of the biggest critics of homosexuals are closeted gays. James, do you feel a strange tingling every time you pass by the pig farm?

  2. Honestly, I am not sure how to respond to your comments sometimes CTR. I don't know anyone who admits to have relations with horses, but apparently there is enough for them to have done a study. It is not that I think much on this issue. In fact, that is the point of the article. I was shining light on the fact that there were resources spent on such a study and that doing so seems ridiculous to me; not only as a human being but as a latter-day saint who has known and been taught principles of chastity.

By the way, I take your little attack that I am attracted to pigs as a sign that you are indeed a small child, if not in age, in mentality.

  3. Who is immature when you dwell on animal sex? Most people dwell on human sex.

  4. Who is dwelling on it? Someone on facebook shared this article on their wall and I felt like commenting on how crazy such a study is. Most people don't dwell on human sex either. Some people work for a living, the read books, go to school; things not relating to sex at all. Perhaps you are the one dwelling on human sex. That doesn't mean everyone shares your experience.
